Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, and weather.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery's progress.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@vespershop.store with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect or amend an order once it has shipped, and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
