Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Vesper Overnight Sleeping Patches for any reason, you have 60 days from the date you received your order to request a full refund — no need to return the product.

How to request a refund

To start a refund, contact us at support@vespershop.store with your order number. We'll process approved refunds without requiring you to send anything back.

Damages, defects, or wrong item received

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at support@vespershop.store right away if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. A photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly. In most cases we'll send a replacement or refund without needing the item returned. If we do need the item back, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@vespershop.store.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If you're shopping from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. This right is already included within our broader 60-day guarantee above.
